Fujian Zhongshan Chemical Co., Ltd. is invested and constructed by GPRO Investment Holding Group. The company is located in the petrochemical industrial park of Quangang District, Quanzhou City. It covers an area of 142 mu (around 9.5 hectares), with a registered capital of 110 million yuan and more than 150 employees.

The 1st phase project of Fujian Zhonghua Chemical Co., Ltd. was officially started in November 2014 and put into operation in August 2016. The first phase project uses the Ethylene Oxide as the main raw material from the adjacent Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Co., Ltd. . Seven production lines have been constructed, among which three production lines adopt the advanced technology of HH Company in the United States and four production lines adopt the improved traditional batch production processes. It can produces 100kt/a of surfactants (SAA) and additives for refineries. The main product categories are as follows: big monomers for water-reducing agent, AEO surfactants, polyethylene glycol series, special polyether series. The products are widely used in high-speed railway, construction, textile, printing and dyeing, oil refining, light industry, pharmacy, cosmetics, detergents, etc. The general-purpose products are complete in variety with high quality, and order-made products can also be provided to meet customers' special needs. The project was listed as a key project in Fujian Province and Quanzhou Municipality. The company does not only own leading production technologies and stable supply of main raw materials, but also is the first manufacturer of big monomers for water-reducing agent in Fujian and the surrounding areas.

作为聚羧酸系减水剂中的主要原材料，产品主要有：HPEG、TPEG、MPEG、APEG系列。产品无毒、无刺激性，具有良好的水溶性，不会水解变质，是聚羧酸系减水剂中的主要原材料，合成的聚羧酸高效减水剂有较强的水泥颗粒分散性保持能力，使产品具有掺量低、减水率高、增强效果好、耐久性、不锈蚀钢筋及对环境友好等诸多优点。广泛应用于高铁、核电、桥梁、水利等重要工程以及应用在现场搅拌及远距离输送的高性能、高强度（C60以上）的商品混凝土中。

作为主要的制剂和助剂用于洗涤剂及化妆品等日用化工领域，产品主要包括：AEO、FMEE。本系列产品无毒，作为清洗剂、乳化剂，在民用洗涤剂、化纤油剂、纺织、皮革工业、农药、电镀、造纸以及化妆品等行业均有极为广泛的应用。其中天然醇产品适用于护肤霜等日化用品。合成醇适用于洗涤剂，也可作为乳化剂、渗透剂应用于纺织、制革、制药等行业。

 

适用于聚氨酯慢回弹、高回弹泡沫的制备用聚醚，主要包括：FZ-1073、FZ-3602、FZ-1618A、FZ-1830、FZ-1030、T221、PB2000、DEPH2000。本系列产品主要是无BHT慢回弹泡沫专用聚醚，可用于慢回弹大块、模塑泡沫，另外可用于聚氨酯涂料及胶粘剂。且慢回弹聚醚新兴领域正不断扩展：头枕、床垫、鞋垫、胸棉、汽车座椅等等。也可用作高回弹开孔剂；同时可用于水溶性单组份聚氨酯灌浆材料。

用于日化工业、纺织工业、造纸与农药工业、医药、化妆品等的添加剂，主要产品包括：PEG400、PEG600、PEG1000、PEG4000、PEG6000等。本系列产品在日用化学品工业做保湿剂和无机盐增溶剂，在纺织工业中用作柔软剂、抗静电剂，造纸与农药工业中用作润湿剂，也可用作医药、化妆品的基质起调节粘度、熔点的作用，还可作为金属加工铸模剂、金属拉丝、冲压或成型的润滑剂及切削液，研磨冷却抛光剂、焊接剂、造纸工业中作润滑剂。
