In 2012, the company built 200kt/a facilities of polyether polyols and 100kt/a facilities of surfactant and auxiliaries for agrochemicals in two phases in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park. The company has a registered capital of 138 million yuan and covers an area of 200,000 square meters. The water and road transportation are convenient. The company has more than 400 employees, including more than 200 technicians. It has strong research and development capability and is the main R&D base for surfactants in China. It has two sets of large-scale production facilities controlled by DCS system with imported instruments and equipment from the United States, Japan and Italy. One of the polyether production facility has a maximum annual production capacity of 120kt. A set of production facility for surfactant and emulsifier for agrochemicals has the maximum annual production capacity of 32kt. The production capacity will reach 300kt/a after the completion of the two phases.
